Hitting up the same bars, year after year, feels less like fun and more like a job, especially in towns with chain restaurants and townie watering holes only.
So we came up with different breed, one with craft as the focus, just as Noilly Prat, preferred vermouth of early 20th century, played a central role in the martini and therefore drinking culture itself.
Craft in our case, however, isn’t limited to the bartender. See below for a taste of what I mean.
